One thing I have learned as I continuously explore and create my personal and professional life, is that my evolution can be accelerated and I can attain my goals quicker if I am working with a qualified facilitator. As Einstein says "The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them." In other words, we have our blind spots and need assistance in viewing things through a new lens or frame.

I provide facilitation services to individuals and organizations to support them in achieving a higher level of functioning and performance. It is a process of exploration, discovery and creation. I work with Leaders, Executives, Entrepreneurs, Professionals (Project Managers, Psychologists, Coaches) and Creatives (Writers, Web Designers, Graphic Artists). 

I work with these clients as they:

• Are usually up to something big and seek support to clarify their vision and goals and create momentum to achieve them;
• Love what they do, and are successful, but are seeking a more integrated and fulfilling life;
• Are excited about new things and seek to perpetually learn and grow;
• Are eager to move to a higher level of functioning. Change is a companion, not the enemy. They are willing to stretch out of their comfort zone to reach for something bigger and higher;
• Have high ethics and standards, and are not afraid of the truth;
• Have a sense of humor, and are willing to laugh, whether at the world, circumstances or themselves;
• Are intelligent risk takers and solution seekers;
• Are willing to listen to their intuition and use all of their potential;
• Inspire me!
